BurnStrong is fitness without much of that fancy Manhattan gimmick.  We are not trying to trick you into working out, we are asking you to enjoy moving.  We offer sound advice, by  professionals who care.  We are in the heart of midtown  and cater to office workers who need some space, to manhattanites who want to feel like they are out-of-manhattan-without-leaving-manhattan, and for anyone who needs to start a new routine for change.  We are here to sweat, strengthen, and encourage anyone who walks through the door.

We have designed our schedule to have a healthy offerings of classes that vary in intensity and level.  All of our classes are yoga-based, and taught barefoot, although our CARDIO-BURN class will have you sweating as much as a traditional HITT class, and we incorporate moments of meditation into every class (consider it a bonus).

Our teachers are also students, hungry to learn, and constantly improving. We are alignment based, since that will give us the cleanest work in the shortest time, and tend to work with teachers who are similarly alignment obsessed.
